Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as concrete finishing, framing, siding installation, and restoration work
Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to create solid foundations and structures
Execute carpentry duties including framing, woodworking, and installing siding with precision
Use hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow in office




Follow safety protocols diligently while working with welding equipment or operating heavy machinery
Support restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades with a solid understanding of building processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
Skilled in concrete forming, finishing, and woodworking techniques
Familiarity with siding installation and restoration procedures
Proficient in operating power tools and hand tools safely
Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently
Knowledge of welding techniques and heavy equipment operation is a plus
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills
