As a Shift Leader, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. You are responsible for your team’s delivery of a seamless and orchestrated performance of Iconic Hospitality. In this role, you will manage labour budgets, maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality product. As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning, growth, and development.

Requirements
3+ years Restaurant Leadership experience (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to meet you.)
Beverage and Wine training an asset
Proven ability to make decisions and empower others. You are a natural leader.
Desire to deliver a world-class guest experience
Proactive and solution oriented. You see things from a current perspective.
