We are urgently seeking a skilled and motivated Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring accurate cuts based on technical drawings and blueprints
Program CNC laser equipment using specialized software to optimize cutting paths and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laser machinery to maintain peak performance
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications with precision
Conduct quality inspections using calipers, hand tools, and measurement devices to verify dimensions and tolerances
Assist with assembly processes, welding, plasma cutting, or other machining tasks as needed




Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements
Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines or similar equipment such as plasma cutters or CNC milling machines
Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly
Familiarity with CNC programming languages and software tools used in laser operations
Ability to read blueprints accurately and perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments
Knowledge of welding, machining, press brake operation, CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, and hand tools is highly desirable
Valid certification or experience with crane operation and forklift driving is a plus
Excellent attention to detail for quality inspection and assembly tasks
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes combined with good communication skills
