Duties
Greet customers warmly as they arrive and assist with their ordering process at the front counter
Handle cash handling procedures confidently while maintaining accuracy with basic math skills
learn how to cut cake and make coffee drinks according to our specifications
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter area, including food handling surfaces and equipment




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while providing excellent customer service

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Ability to work well as part of a team in a quick-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities

Join us as a Front Counter Server. Our shifts are 10:30am-5pm and 4pm-midnight. We are looking for people for both daytime and evening shifts. Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
