Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Civil Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of various civil engineering tasks. Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and debris removal to ensure protected and productive work zones
Support the installation of structural components by handling materials and assisting with rigging operations
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment under supervision to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling structures
Support heavy equipment operators by guiding machinery movements and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Help with the setup and operation of mechanical systems




Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity on-site
Follow all safety procedures diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills
Basic knowledge of rigging techniques for lifting and securing materials safely
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and small mechanical devices used in construction tasks
Ability to operate forklifts and assist with heavy equipment operation when certified or trained
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
