Responsibilities
Lead food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring all dishes meet established standards for quality and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain effective operations and uphold food safety protocols.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including food handling, storage, and cleanliness to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to coordinate serving times and ensure timely delivery of meals.
Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste.




Maintain a protected working environment by enforcing safety procedures and proper equipment use.
Contribute to menu development by experimenting with new recipes and incorporating feedback from guests.

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant management within the food industry.
Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable.
Robust knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Hands-on kitchen experience with a solid understanding of restaurant operations.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and serve guests professionally.
