What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new residential and commercial sales opportunities in the insulation market
Respond to inbound leads in a timely fashion to answer questions and arrange estimations
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess insulation needs
Prepare and present accurate estimates and insulation proposals
Develop solid client relationships through education, trust, professionalism, and follow-up
Maintain communication with installers to ensure the best possible experience for our customers
Stay informed on product knowledge,
industry trends, and building codes
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience (construction or insulation industry is an asset)
Experience in quoting, estimating, or project pricing (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Comfortable using basic CRM or quoting software
