Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our agile team in a vibrant restaurant workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Previous experience in the food industry, especially in food service and hospitality, is highly valued. Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff
Ensure all health and safety standards, including food safety protocols, are strictly followed
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout the shift
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues professionally
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently




Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to assist guests effectively

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and food safety regulations
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Barista experience or hospitality background is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes comfortably
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
