Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with doctors’ orders and hospital protocols
Provide expert consultation to patients and healthcare staff regarding medication therapy, potential interactions, and proper usage
Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements related to medication handling and patient care
Maintain precise records of medication dispensing, inventory management, and patient interactions
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans




Monitor patient responses to medications and report adverse reactions or concerns promptly
Educate patients on medication administration techniques, storage instructions, and potential side effects to promote safe use

Qualifications
Valid license as a registered Pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction
Hospital experience or acute care experience is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and medication management protocols
Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent patient care with compassion and professionalism
Proficiency in medication administration procedures and safety standards
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
