Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fiberglass and Steel Exterior Door Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in assembling fiberglass and steel doors, with excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail. This role involves precise assembly, quality control, and adherence to safety standards to ensure the production of high-quality exterior doors.

Responsibilities:
Assemble fiberglass and steel exterior doors according to detailed specifications and diagrams.
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment efficiently and safely.
Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace to promote efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment consistently.

Experience & Qualifications:




Proven experience in fiberglass and steel door assembly or similar manufacturing roles.
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery.
Knowledge of door hardware, weatherproofing, and sealing techniques is preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions accurately.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus.
Robust teamwork skills and a commitment to quality.
