Altima Port Hope Dental Centre is looking for a passionate, people-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our welcoming team on a part-time basis—with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping each patient’s experience—ensuring every visit is smooth, comfortable, and informative from start to finish.

Schedule
Approximately 23 hours per week (flexible)
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
One Saturday per month (with potential for additional days)

What You Bring
1–2 years of dental administration/reception experience
(or a diploma in administration + relevant experience)
Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel & Outlook preferred)
Experience with Dentrix is an asset (but not required)
A warm, engaging personality that helps patients feel at ease
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping others
