The Role
We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to lead our patient onboarding and care planning process.
This is a high-impact role responsible for guiding patients through their care journey—from their first visit to treatment completion—while recommending appropriate services and health products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 30-minute Treatment Plan Coordination appointments for all new patients
Review and discuss patient intake forms
Educate patients on clinic services and treatment options
Recommend appropriate care plans (Chiro, Physio, Massage, etc.)
Recommend health products (Orthotics, Braces, Compression, etc.)
Coordinate and schedule patient care plans
Manage product orders, insurance claims, and renewals
Conduct treatment reviews and re-evaluations
Ensure a high-quality patient experience from start to finish
Who We’re Looking For
Background in Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or similar (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable recommending services and products
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
Compensation & Growth
$22–$26/hour base pay
