Job Requirements:
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in written and oral to communicate effectively with customers and team
Be responsible for Geek+ System and customers while providing quick responses and solutions
Record all events in SS ticket system
Be able to prioritize events and escalate issues according to the impact and severity
Assist Technical L2 Support in PROD issues
Assist Hardware Support and other teams in PROD issues.
Document and maintain system knowledge for internal team

Job Qualification:
Computer Science or related major
At least 1 year experience in IT support and services, warehousing experience is preferred
Excellent In Database SQL, crystal report experience is preferred
Basic IT knowledge in Linux, network and Database performance
Be patient and be able to analyze situations at customer Sites
Self-driven, customer-focused, striving to achieve customer success
