Position Overview:

We are hiring a Bodyman/Prepper to support our industrial paint operations. This is a hands-on role involving sanding, surface prep, masking, and minor bodywork on industrial components and equipment. If you're detail-oriented and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Sand, grind, and prepare metal surfaces for paint
Perform minor bodywork and apply fillers as needed
Mask and tape surfaces according to spec
Clean and inspect surfaces prior to painting
Maintain a clean and organized workspace




Assist painters and other shop staff as required
Follow all safety and shop procedures

Qualifications:
Experience as a bodyman or prepper in auto body or industrial settings
Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Physically capable of repetitive tasks and moderate lifting
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Willing to work overtime when needed

What We Offer:
$25 – $35 per hour, depending on experience
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
