Personal Support Worker Certificate
Current Police Check – Vulnerable Sector Check
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
Willingness to weekends or on call




Must have positive written and spoken English
Must be able to follow a care plan accurately
Must have a Mobile Phone
Submit TB 1 and TB 2 Records prior to employment commencing
Must be patient, kind, caring and committed to providing excellent care for seniors
Must have vehicle or own transportation
Must live in the region we serve, due to variable client schedule

This role will be required to travel between Fergus, Guelph and surrounding area

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
