Responsibilities
Assist with planting, pruning, and gardening to enhance landscape aesthetics and health
Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks
Support excavation activities using equipment such as excavators, ensuring proper site preparation
Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering and plant health
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, mulching, and debris removal
Conduct basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools




Follow safety protocols during all activities to maintain a secure work environment

Qualifications
Prior experience with construction or landscaping projects is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge
Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other machinery is a plus
Knowledge of horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance practices is advantageous
Robust physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality work
