We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Framer to join our team. In this role you will work alongside our crew to construct wood-frame residential homes from foundation to roof. The ideal candidate has hands-on framing experience, understands residential construction practices, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
Construct floor systems, walls, and roof structures
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and engineered wood products
Install sheathing, blocking, and structural components
Work safely at heights and on ladders/scaffolding
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.




Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred
Ability to read tape measure accurately and basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
A valid drivers’ licence class G2 or G
