Responsibilities
Support the buying team with product information, purchase orders, and vendor communication
Assist with inventory tracking, product updates, and order follow-ups
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate product information
Support customer service inquiries by providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience
Assist with e-commerce activities including product listings, updates, pricing, and online content
Maintain accurate records, reports, and product databases
Collaborate with internal departments including sales, operations, marketing, and logistics
Assist with administrative tasks related to purchasing, inventory, and retail operations




Help identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, administration, purchasing, merchandising, or e-commerce
Strong interest in the retail industry and product management
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Robust communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working with Excel, Microsoft Office, and retail/e-commerce systems
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
