Next Alutech is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, precision, and efficiency of both our products and equipment. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in metal fabrication who is ready to take on a hands-on, detail-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) and aluminum panels to specification.
Cut, shape, and bend metal flashing based on order sheets and technical drawings.
Deliver finished products to job sites as required.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabrication machinery.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
Assist with additional shop duties as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication, including bending and use of hand tools.
Solid ability to read and interpret technical drawings and sketches.




Experience setting up and operating fabrication equipment; CNC experience is an asset or willingness to learn.
Valid driver’s license required.
High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
