Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging setting for children. This role involves supervising and caring for children of various ages, supporting their developmental needs, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with special needs. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth and development while working in a collaborative team setting.

Duties
Supervise and monitor children during daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity
Assist with mealtime, diapering, and nap times in accordance with health and safety standards
Support children with disabilities or special needs through personalized care and instructional strategies
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom workplace
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs




Collaborate with team members to develop educational plans and ensure consistent care practices
Follow licensing regulations and company policies to ensure compliance at all times

Requirements
Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Solid teaching skills with the ability to engage children in meaningful activities
Compassionate caregiving attitude with patience and understanding
Knowledge of child development principles and safety standards in childcare settings
Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification required before start date
Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care for children

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $15.00-$26.92 per hour
