Join our property services team performing seasonal exterior work throughout Greater Moncton. This is a rare year-round outdoor role — no layoffs between seasons.
April–September: Residential/commercial housewashing (soft wash, pressure washing)
September–December: Installation of permanent LED lighting systems
January–March: Snow removal (driveways, walkways, commercial lots)
Responsibilities
Operate pressure washers and soft-wash equipment safely
Install and troubleshoot low-voltage permanent LED lighting
Operate snow removal equipment (plow/blower) in winter conditions
Interact professionally with homeowners in office
Maintain and report on equipment/vehicle condition
Qualifications
Valid driver's license (clean abstract preferred)
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and at heights (ladders)
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude (helpful, not mandatory — will train)
Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance is an asset
Bilingual (French/English) a plus in Moncton market
