In this position, you will handle day-to-day security tasks, enforce compliance, and mentor a disciplined team. Robust experience in the mining sector is preferred, enabling a proactive approach to site security. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily protection activities and assign Guard duties
- Oversee personnel screening and vehicle checks
- Conduct audits of patrol routes and activity reports
- Lead onboarding and mentoring for Senior Guards
- Coordinate emergency response during incidents and drills Requirements:
- 5+ years in industrial or remote-site security
- Proven leadership in supervising security teams
- Valid Provincial Security Guard License and clean Class 5 Drivers License
