We are seeking an organized and technically sound Prototyping and Product Validation Engineer to lead the critical phase of testing and certification readiness. You will be the bridge between the R&D; lab and the production floor, ensuring that every prototype is rigorously tested and professionally documented. Your goal is to ensure a smooth transition from design to mass production through comprehensive manuals and validation reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial, or Product Engineering.

- Strong experience in product validation and performance testing.

- Exceptional technical writing skills for creating manuals and documentation.

- Understanding of international product certification standards (e.g., CE, FCC, or ISO).

- Organized approach to project management and technical handovers.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute comprehensive validation procedures for new prototypes.

- Prepare detailed technical documents, user manuals, and maintenance guides.

- Support the engineering team in the transition from prototype to full-scale production.

- Maintain a database of test results and certification documentation.

- Identify design flaws during the validation phase and suggest improvements for reliability.
