Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
- Automate testing processes using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Appium to increase efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct manual and automated testing for web applications utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Node.js, and other UI technologies.
- Perform backend validation with SQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PL/SQL to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Collaborate with development teams using version control systems like Git, GitHub, GitLab, SVN, TFS, and Jenkins to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance and reliability through tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, Maven, and DevOps practices on platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Conduct cross-platform testing on Windows, Linux, and operating systems supporting mobile applications to guarantee seamless user experiences across devices.




- Utilize analysis skills to identify root causes of defects via data analysis tools and troubleshooting techniques involving computer networking concepts.
- Document defects thoroughly using Jira or similar tracking tools; communicate findings clearly to developers for swift resolution.

Experience
- Proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on mobile applications (Android & iOS) testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Appium or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of programming languages including Java, Python, C#, C++, Bash (Unix shell), and JavaScript for scripting automated tests.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, Oracle Database (PL/SQL), Microsoft SQL Server; ability to perform complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD pipelines; experience integrating automated tests into build processes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs testing using tools like Postman or similar; experience with XML/JSON data formats is a plus.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or TFS for project management; excellent analysis skills for defect tracking and reporting.
- Ability to operate across multiple operating systems including Windows and Linux; familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
