Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Manager to lead test automation and quality engineering initiatives for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in test automation, API testing, CI/CD integration, and identity management technologies, along with proven leadership experience managing Quality Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Engineers and SDETs across multiple product pods.

Define and implement enterprise-level automated testing strategies, frameworks, and best pratices.

Drive API, functional, integration, and end-to-end automation testing initiatives.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid delivery.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Business teams on requirements, risk assessment, and release readiness.

Monitor test coverage, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.





Support quality engineering transformations and automation maturity initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation.

2+ years of experience leading QA/QE/SDET teams.

Solid experience with:

API Automation Testing

Selenium

Cypress

Java and/or Python

Test Automation Framework Development

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools:

Jenkins

GitHub Actions / GitHub CI

DevOps pipelines

Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM/CIAM) solutions:

OAuth 2.0

SAML

OpenID Connect (OIDC)

MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

Authentication & Authorization

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Banking or Financial Services industry experience.

Experience working in Authentication, Identity Management, or Customer Access Management programs.

Familiarity with platforms such as:

Auth0

Azure AD B2C / Microsoft Entra
