The Quality Platform

Lead plays a vital role in driving quality initiatives at INNIO. In this leadership position, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to establish quality standards, resolve non-conformances, and improve customer satisfaction. Your focused efforts will ensure product reliability and support current developments across Waukesha engine platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Quality Key Performance Indicators across engine platforms
- Lead quality initiatives at the Welland manufacturing facility




- Facilitate issue screening and improvements processes
- Manage quality-related costs and compliance standards
- Perform audits and corrective action investigations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years' experience in quality and manufacturing
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Strong analytical skills with engineering data
