You’ll collaborate directly with traders and quantitative teams to design and implement high-performance Python frameworks that drive real-time pricing, risk, and decision-making across the business. The Role

You will be responsible for industrializing models and analytics, moving them from research into robust, production-grade environments. The position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to bridge technical and business needs, working in a fast-paced environment where your code directly influences trading decisions. Key responsibilities include

- Leading the design and development of scalable, production-grade risk and pricing components
- Partnering with quants and front-office teams to industrialise models and analytics




- Driving best practices in software design, testing, and performance tuning
- Collaborating directly with traders to deliver real-time decision-making tools
- Bridging the gap between complex mathematical models and high-performance software Requirements - Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with Python
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (degree preferred but not essential)
- An analytical mindset and eagerness to learn about markets and trading
- A proactive mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Strong personality and collaborative spirit
