Position: Quantitative Research Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80 - $100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Demonstrate and document advanced workflows using AI coding agents in real technical projects.
- Analyze large codebases and debug complex technical issues using AI agents.
- Develop novel features and provide explicit explanations of processes and decision-making.
- Detail scenario-based use cases for architectural changes and technical challenges.
- Submit high-quality written deliverables illustrating AI agent use in STEM contexts.
- Participate in virtual discussions to share insights with project stakeholders.
- Contribute structured input to refine AI models reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements





- Current STEM professional with experience applying AI coding agents in technical workflows.
- Proficiency with Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork for generating sequential outputs.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems using AI agentics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
- Experience with large codebases, debugging, feature development, or code architecture changes using AI agents.
- Ability to distill complex processes for AI training purposes.
