Weekends, mid-week, second job, part-time or full-time - we will build a schedule that works.

What You Will Do
Clean and stage vacation homes to our standards (guest-ready every time)
Floors, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms - the full reset
Spot and report maintenance issues before guests do
Coordinate with the team for smooth turnovers
Follow safety procedures and use checklists

No experience? No problem




We provide paid training in your first week. If you show up, care, and improve - you will move up.

What We Need from You
Must reside in Canmore, Banff, or the Bow Valley
18+ and legally able to work in Canada - sorry, no sponsorship
Strong attention to detail - your superpower
Fast pace, tight timelines - you stay calm and execute
Positive attitude, self-starter, team player
Able to do physical work (bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, on your feet)
Background check
Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license is a strong asset
