Kelly Lake Building Supplies is seeking a Temporary Full time Cashier / Customer Service Representative to provide coverage for a staff member on sick leave. This position is expected to last 2–3 months.

Key Responsibilities
Process customer payments accurately using cash, debit, credit, and customer charge accounts
Greet customers with friendly, qualified service
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Assist customers with general questions regarding products, pricing, and services
Balance the cash drawer and maintain accurate daily records
Complete filing and general office administration duties
Maintain an organized and professional front counter and reception area
Support the sales and yard teams with administrative tasks as required
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations





Qualifications
Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable handling cash and using a computerized POS system
Basic computer and administrative skills, including filing and data entry
Professional, dependable, and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in the building supply or hardware industry is an asset but not required
