Challenges:
Promote and ensure a safe work workplace with employee's participation
Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review the activities in assigned areas
Fuel Yard / Chipping / Ground Wood
Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets
Ensures that unloading of Biomass and Chips are done in a secure and efficient manor
Coordinate and organize priorities effectively




Continually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervals
Work with operation employees to optimize costs, maintain desired quality
Ensure operation stability
Training and development of team members

Requirements:
Degree / Trade: Preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry discipline
5 years plus of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing setting
Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered
Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
