Duties
Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and industry outreach
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage existing accounts to foster loyalty and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress




Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions effectively

Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales environments
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
Business development expertise with a proactive approach to expanding client portfolios
Excellent account management capabilities to nurture long-term relationships
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support sales initiatives
Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer information and sales pipelines
Technical sales experience preferred, especially involving complex or technology-driven products
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive client experiences
Fluency in English is required
