We are seeking a dedicated BOH (Back of House) Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices at all times
Support the front-of-house team by ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
Stock ingredients and supplies as needed, notifying management of inventory shortages
Adhere to all health, safety,



and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working workplace
Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills
Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates
