Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of marine and motor sports equipment. Your expertise will ensure that all machinery operates safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine engines, motors, and related equipment using hand tools and power tools
Diagnose mechanical issues accurately through visual inspections and testing procedures
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery components with precision
Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working workplace for yourself and others
Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems by applying mechanical knowledge and technical skills




Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet operational deadlines

Qualifications
Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairing marine or motor sports equipment
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams clearly
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $32.00-$48.00 per hour
