You’ll be joining a team that works closely together to support patients and keep the clinic running smoothly, while maintaining a calm and well-organized atmosphere.

We are looking to fill this position with a start date of August 24th.

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

On-call availability is required to cover occasional staff absences and vacation coverage.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide a welcoming, qualified experience
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Manage patient check-in and check-out
Maintain and update patient records in Accuro EMR
Process referrals, forms, and incoming documents
Handle emails, faxes, scanning, and general administrative tasks
Support basic billing for uninsured services via our point-of-sale terminal
Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and clinic staff




Support patient flow and day-to-day clinic operations
Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
Perform basic lab tests (if applicable)
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
Ensure patient confidentiality at all times
Manage monthly panel updates in the EMR
Review and resolve demographic mismatches and panel conflicts

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Office Assistant (required)
Experience with Accuro EMR
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

Assets
Experience in a family or primary care clinic
Knowledge of medical terminology and referrals
Basic understanding of billing processes
Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative in daily clinic operations
Сomfortable working with digital systems

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
