Paul Davis Restoration – Lethbridge

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5 PM)

Role:

This role combines both field and office responsibilities. You will oversee all aspects of contents restoration projects, communicate with homeowners and adjusters, manage our contents cleaning facility, and lead teams of technicians.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is highly organized, detail oriented and has exceptional communication skills with both clients and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities:
Lead the workflow on ongoing contents restoration jobs
Prepare estimates for the packout, packback, storage, and processing of content jobs
Coordinate teams of technicians as well as sub-trades
Communicate effectively with homeowners and insurance adjusters




Maintain up to date records using inventory management software (Encircle) and job notes in RMS
Oversee daily operations of our contents cleaning facility, including machine maintenance and job storage tracking
Collection of all paperwork required for each content job

Qualifications:
Valid Alberta drivers license
Experience with software such as:
RMS
Encircle
Xactimate
Xactanalysis
Microsoft Office Suite
IICRC certifications
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Robust attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working on active job sites and following safety protocols
