Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality food and timely service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and measuring spices.
Cook and plate dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and cooking equipment.
Ensure food is stored and handled properly to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food production.
Monitor food levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Adhere to all recipes, portion sizes, and presentation specifications.




Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of cooking methods, techniques, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace.
Attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation and presentation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Culinary education or equivalent training is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Comfortable working in a hot and sometimes cramped environment.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
