Kildare Renovations is seeking an experienced Renovation Carpenter to join our renovation team in St. John's, NL. The successful candidate must have no less than 5 years of residential construction and renovation experience, with the ability to complete framing, repairs, drywall, and detailed finishing work while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties:
Complete residential carpentry work including framing, repairs, renovations, and finishing.
Install interior features including doors, trim, baseboards, casing, mouldings, and stair components.
Perform drywall installation, repairs, and finishing as required.
Read and interpret drawings, plans, and site measurements.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other building materials.
Complete framing tasks including walls, floors, and structural repairs.
Install windows, doors, hardware, and other interior components.
Complete finish carpentry with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.




Work closely with Project Leads and team members to complete projects on schedule.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of residential construction or renovation experience.
Robust experience in both rough and finish carpentry.
Experience with framing, drywall, trim work, and interior finishing.
Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
Proficient in the safe use of carpentry tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's licence.
Positive work references required.
Must pass a background check.
English required.
