Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Coding Instructor to join our educational team. This role involves teaching coding concepts and programming languages to students in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and experience in education or teaching. Duties
Deliver engaging and interactive coding lessons tailored to various skill levels
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom setting that encourages curiosity and participation
Assist students with troubleshooting coding issues and understanding programming concepts




Maintain classroom organization and ensure all teaching tools and resources are prepared for each session
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve program quality

Experience
Prior classroom experience is preferred, especially in teaching or tutoring coding or computer science topics
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS is desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Passion for education, mentorship, and inspiring students to pursue technology-related interests
Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
