Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $22–$30 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Designer / Drafting Technician for one of our clients in Pickering, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have experience working with 2D and 3D CAD systems and a robust understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities
Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models
Prepare detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings
Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
Assist with nesting and programming for sheet metal production




Maintain organized project documentation and drawing revisions

Qualifications
Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or Inventor
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD systems is required
Sheet metal design experience preferred
Lantek software experience considered an asset
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive communication and organizational skills
