Duties
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering expert advice on nail care and maintenance
Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client results and satisfaction
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting client relationships
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work station and salon area




Educate clients on proper nail care routines and recommend suitable treatments for ongoing maintenance

Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a robust portfolio of nail art and design skills
Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine customer relationships
Strong communication skills to clearly explain services, procedures, and aftercare instructions
Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all aspects of nail care services
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service environments is highly desirable
Certification from an accredited cosmetology or nail technician program is required

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
