We are seeking a talented and personable Head Spa Specialist to join our energetic team. This role is integral to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling, skincare, and wellness, with a focus on creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients. As a Head Spa Specialist, you will lead the spa services, ensure sanitation standards are maintained, and promote retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities
Provide expert spa treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing workplace.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations.
Upsell retail products and additional services to clients, increasing revenue opportunities.
Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.




Lead the spa team by setting an example of professionalism, cleanliness, and excellent service delivery.
Manage daily operations of the spa area, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven experience in spa treatments, or related beauty services.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic setting.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to upsell retail products naturally within service interactions.
Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
A qualified appearance with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
