Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled construction site machine operator/labourer to join our multi-family construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves operation of a skidsteer and telehandler, performing various tasks that require physical strength and stamina, as well as technical skills. Duties
Operation of skidsteer or telehandler
Execute various labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
General site cleanup, carpentry, etc.

Requirements
Experience operating a skidsteer and telehandler.



Experience with Rotational Telehandlers such as Magni or Manitou preferred. Current/Active tickets are required.
Previous multi-family construction experience desirable.
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is required; willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team setting.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or manufacturing is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
