Marina Yard & Service Crew Member

We are looking to add a reliable and hardworking team member to our marina crew for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on position that involves a variety of marina and boatyard duties in a rapid-paced outdoor setting.

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with boat hauling and launching
General yard maintenance and clean-up
Performing minor engine service and maintenance (oil changes, inspections, etc.)
Moving and organizing boats and equipment
Assisting customers and marina staff as needed
Keeping the marina property clean, safe, and organized
Other general labour and marina-related tasks

Qualifications:
Mechanical experience is considered an asset
Experience with boats or marine engines is preferred but not required




Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labour
Valid driver’s license preferred

We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and comfortable working around boats and equipment. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being around the boating industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
Marine Engine Technician Certificate (preferred)
