Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and illnesses by providing personalized therapy plans. Duties
Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to improve mobility and manage pain
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and rehabilitation techniques
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes,



and medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Assist in the development of recent protocols and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements
Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
Prior hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care settings or pediatrics
Strong knowledge of patient care principles and medical terminology
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support patients through their recovery process
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
