Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Engineering team leader, you'll manage diverse projects in manufacturing, hygiene, quality, and maintenance. Your role will involve analyzing data with DMAIC methodologies to enable sustainable improvements, as well as training various teams to foster ongoing success.

You'll help commission new equipment and create a proactive culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects to improve operational standards

Aid commissioning of current production equipment
Train teams on continuous improvement practices

Requirements:
Post-secondary engineering education with 3.5+ GPA
Recent graduate with a proactive, results-driven attitude
Robust analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual: French and English
