Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify prospects for growth and improvement
Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise as necessary
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to provide a welcoming workplace for customers
Implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors
Proficient in math to handle cash transactions, calculate discounts, and manage inventory
Experience in team management, including hiring, training, scheduling,



and performance evaluation
Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
Sales management skills to drive sales growth and meet targets
Bilingual skills are an advantage in serving a diverse customer base
Pricing knowledge to set competitive prices and maximize profitability
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the local market to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
