Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our energetic restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, and supporting the front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties
Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist with cooking and food preparation tasks to ensure timely service
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling and safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
Support meal preparation activities during busy hours to optimize efficiency
Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines diligently
Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs




Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of kitchen operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic cooking techniques
Solid understanding of the food industry and meal preparation processes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends if required
Food industry or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour
