Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated FULL TIME Kitchen Team Members to join our energetic team in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. You must be Fluent in English. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to meal preparation and food service excellence and also will cover the front sometimes. The applicant must be located in Brantford and will be willing to work long term and full time availability is required
Applicant needs to be dedicated and respectful to work schedule as its a restaurant and taking sudden leave will not be possible.
Applicant needs to be hard-working because its fast paced and applicant needs to have the mindset to be a good team player. We need someone who can work fast and attentively without continously being monitored to do their job right and on time.

Duties
Assist in meal preparation and food handling, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Greet customers at the front and take orders in store and over the phone
Support cooks in the kitchen by preparing ingredients and maintaining an organized workspace.




Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Qualifications
Must be fluent in English ( Chinese, Vietnamese is a plus)
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the kitchen.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
