We are recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a female employer with Friedreich's Ataxia in all activities of daily living.

The employer has 3 cats, and enjoys makeup and fashion. The ideal candidate would be compassionate, friendly and chatty.

Location:
Nanaimo, BC (Near Cinnabar Valley Park)

Shifts & Hours of Work:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings
7:30pm to 10:30pm
All other shifts available as back-up

Compensation:
$26.50 an hour

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
Personal care such as dressing and toileting
Transfers using a ceiling lift

Required Qualifications:
Driver's License and vehicle
Non-smoker
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and yearly Flu shot
Must be comfortable working in an workplace with 4 cats
